I want Virginia to be at the forefront of a revolution in how we power America. We must reduce our dependence on the fossil fuels driving climate change by leading the way in solar, wind, and renewable sources of power in Virginia.

I don't believe hard working Virginians should be taxed or be forced to watch their utility rates soar to pay for Dominion's irresponsible storage of coal ash that has resulted in arsenic and other harmful chemicals seeping into our groundwater.

I believe corporations should be held accountable for the impact they have on the air we breathe and the water we drink.

On May 16, Wayne met with opponent Amanda Pohl and District 11 constituents to discuss why they are running for the Virginia Senate. This video shows Wayne explaining his strong stance against the coal ash cleanup costs coming from District 11 taxpayers, as the current bill outlines.
